How long does shipping take?
Orders process in 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipping. *Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We only accept orders from Canada and USA. *Orders may be subject to customs fees and delays outside our control. Tariffs and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What’s the fit like for your t-shirts?
Standard/classic fit. Not oversized. Size up if you want a looser feel. There are occasionally other styles sold so please check the listings before purchasing.

What are your products made from?
It varies so please check the listing for details before placing an order. T-shirts are primarily cotton or cotton blends chosen for comfort, durability, and print quality.

How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled.

How do I care for my gear?
Very important: Cold wash ONLY, inside out and hang dry. Do not wash in hot or warm water. Do not iron prints. Do not put in dryer unless set to air dry. Following these instructions will extend the life of your products.

What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and major credit and debit cards. Please review payment options at checkout.

How do I contact support?
Use the Contact page. Replies usually within 24–48 business hours.

What methods do you use to decorate apparel?
Primarily DTF transfers or DTG. Occasionally screen printing and embroidery. Please check the listings to see what method is being used for the product(s) you wish to purchase.

What currency are the prices in?
Prices are shown in CANADIAN DOLLARS. Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount to your local currency using their own exchange rate and fees.

Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this time.

Are all of your t-shirts really limited run designs?
Yes. We don’t restock designs.
Every graphic is released once, in a limited run. Future drops may revisit an idea changing colors, wording, or other details—but never the EXACT same design twice.
If you missed it, you missed that version.

Why is your website not loading or acting funky?
For the best experience (layout, checkout, and security), please use an up‑to‑date browser such as the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Older browsers may not display this site correctly.

Do you offer coupon codes?
We may occasionally offer coupon codes through our newsletter to those who have signed up to receive it. Also keep an eye on our homepage for any coupons or sales.

What if I receive a defective product or incorrect product?
If there is a problem with your order, such as a defect in the print or cloth, or you received the incorrect shirt, style, color or size due to our mistake, please reach out to us and we'll get it straightened out. Depending on the issue, you may not even need to return it to us. We may ask you to provide photos that illustrate the issue. If we do ask you to return it, we would pay your shipping costs.

Any damage done by not following our recommended care instructions would not qualify for a refund or exchange. If you ordered the wrong size we can replace it but you would need to return the product at your expense. You would also need to pay for the shipping of the new item.

  • Depending on your location, we use a variety of different shipping methods. We regularly use Canada Post, USPS, UPS, DHL and other services. We do not offer any kind of express shipping however we do our best to get your order to you as quick as possible.

  • Once your package has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Sometimes, shipping methods do not provide door-to-door tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery. Returns are cool, you will just have to handle the shipping on your end.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging

  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. You will just have to handle the shipping on your end if you wish to exchange an item.
